## Billing model
Work units reflect engine operations (breakpoints, bull spreads, BS evaluations, iterations). Purchase credit packs via Stripe Checkout on the accounts service. Auth0 identity links to stripe_customer_id; ledger lives in Firestore (private cloud accounts service), not in Rust MCP.

## Boundaries
Breakpoint Engine is not a cap-table platform, 409A firm, or document repository. Founders and investors use term-structure economics to decide; valuation firms retain assumptions, diligence, and professional opinion.
